Manuscript notesOn the incipit page, note in brown ink: 'Ad usum fratris Iacobi de Panicale'. By the same hand, on the verso of the last leaf: 'Ad uso di frate Iacomo de Panicale'. He is also seems to be responsible for a series of pointing hands, reading marks and a few marginal annotations through the book (see d7r, 'miles autem appellatur a militia.i.' in the top margin, quoting the text).
On the verso of the last leaf, another note in brown ink by a different hand: 'Ad uso de Frate Ambroscio li foro pagati p[er] amore de dio' (incomplete sentence?).

NoteFrom a list of titles on the frontispiece, written in brown ink by an early/mid 18th century hand, we know that this book was the first of a Sammelband:
'Flores legum | Monte dell'orazione | Bagni di San Casciano | Storia dell'Ordine'. An edition of 'De bagni di San Casciano / osservazioni del dottor Giovanni Bottarelli' was printed in Florence in 1668', so the Sammelband might have been put together after this date.
