Physical DescriptionLacks leaves 17-18 ([c]1-2); the table, [a-b^8], is bound at the end. The blank lower outer quarter of [b]8 has been excised; the blank lower 2/3 of the outer margins of [g]3 and [n]4 have been excised. Mold damage to the lower margins throughout, removing some blank portions of leaves and occasionally touching (but not damaging) text.

Binding note16th-century blind-stamped calf over wooden boards; internal bevels and external center bevels; remains and marks of two fore-edge clasps (catch-plates apparently on front cover); edges stained blue; paper label with ms. title on spine, with a smaller paper label mounted on top of it, with number "194" ("1" in ms., "94" printed); paper label with printed "494" at foot of spine (number labels pertain to the Ess-Phillipps provenance). -- Front board was broken in half at some early point; solidly repaired.
