physicalDescriptionNoteWorm damage. Burn hole 90% of the way through the book. Mould on a few leaves suggests water damage. A small loose notelet of paper is enclosed in the book. The book has clearly been trimmed, as some marginal annotations have been cut off mid-word.

NoteAn inscription on the top of the leaf of the text in a hand from 1471-1510 reads as follows: "Hunc librum legauit hon dominus Adolphus de Byeirshiem ad usum pastorum et capus Sancti Seuerini cuius anima requiescat in sancta pace." See also Dennis E. Rhodes, A Catalogue of Incunabula in all the Libraries of Oxford University outside the Bodleian (Oxford: Clarendon Press, 1982), 978. The dates of ownership are uncertain, but 1471-1510 has been given as an approximate range on the basis of the handwriting.
