noteOn the bottom right end corner of many leaves there is an abbreviated b, as sometimes found followed by Augustini (See Marciana Membr. 0005, another copy on vellum of a set of the Corpus iuris Canonici printed by Jenson) and interpreted as a copy commissioned to Nicolas Jenson by Bartolomeo Agostini (L. Armstrong, The Agostini Plutarch, in Studies 2003 p. 231). In this copy, also 'Johan. Gall.' (quire x).
