- A parchment fragment, once used as endleaf (The Hague, KB, KW 73 B 23, nr. 77), contains 15th century manuscript index, where this book is mentioned as the last part of a composite volume. The other parts could be matched with The Hague, KB, KW 168 F 32 [1-5]. This fragment also has an inscription from the Crutched Friars of St. Nicholaus in Venlo.
- Another parchment fragment, formerly used as binding and containing a 16th century inscription (The Hague, KB, KW 73 B 23, nr. 16), refers to this text as part of another composite volume, this time with The Hague, KB, KW 168 F 38.
- Finally, a manuscript index on endleaf I v refers to this book as the first part of a composite volume of 6 units. The fifth of this is the same work contained in The Hague, KB, KW 168 F 38.
