Description de la reliureBrown calf-skin binding on paste boards. Blind tooled double fillet framing front and back boards. Blind oval centrepiece stamp with arabesque motif at centre of front and back boards. Stamp corresponds to centrepiece xxxiv in David Pearson "Oxford Bookbinding 1500-1640" (Oxford, 2000). Remnant holes for ties. Spine has four raised bands with gold-tooled arabesque roll stamp in compartments, Spine title stamped in gold between first two bands. Textblock was sprinkled blue. Decorative headbands. Leaves of this copy used as pastedowns
