Rubrication to the first page of quire D in part i, early foliation in red in both parts. From the libraries of Dr. Georg Kloss, with his book-label and bibliographical note, and of Sir William Bolland (1840). Sixteenth-century German pigskin. Bought in October, 1879 (BMC).
