On 71b is written: questo e di frate georgio da lucha. In the top cover is a note of purchase at the Rhodes Sale, 15 May, 1891, and on a fly-leaf is the note of ownership of Sir C.S. Sherrington, 1930. Bound in (?) seventeenth-century vellum.
