Signs of clasp and chain holes on the top right corner of the front board. Edges coloured in red, wit a small 'omega' written on the top of the side edge. Leaves from the 'Supplemento delle Croniche del reuerendo padre frate Iacobo Philippo da Bergamo dell'ordine de gli Heremitani...' (ed. Rome: Bindoni, 1540) used as waste paper.
