NoteA more precise collation than that given by BMC (including the 2-leaf table of rubrics at the front) is: [1²; 2¹⁰ 3¹⁰(7+1) 4-9¹⁰ 10¹⁰(8+1) 11-13¹⁰ 14¹⁰(±6) 15-16¹⁰ 17⁸(6+1;-8); 18¹⁰(±2;7+1) 19-29¹⁰ 30⁶; 30/6 blank]. Leaves 10/8+1 and 17/6+1 are half-size leaves consisting of 1 column of text on recto, with verso blank. These were machined as folio half-sheets, with the blank portion used as a binding stub (visible after 10/2 and 17/2).
