MS inscriptions as catchwords in 16th century hand at foot of leaves c8v, d8v, e8v: these quires have been repaired at the gutter. A small number of underlinings and discreet annotations in the same hand. MS inscriptions in various hands on front paste-down endpaper: F, K3, St.2:15, 46, 20. Vellum label with two mostly erased inscriptions; Oates suggests Georg Türnczel de Konink. From the Acton library, its booklabel (dated 1903). Bought by Andrew Carnegie and given by him to Viscount John Morley, who presented it to Cambridge University in 1902.

Decorated metal hasps ('Maira'[sic]) on upper board, leather straps (mostly missing) with hinge on lower board.
