The two settings are printed in two parts on a whole sheet, one pair across the recto, the other in the same two settings on the verso. Second state. Traces of red seal at foot of both copies. The facsimile signature of the uncropped copy is endorsed in MS. Sheet measures 259 x 359 mm.
