On a1 recto, washed out: '[...] van [...] possessor [...]'. Bought via [William] Boone at the sale of Jean de Meyer (Ghent, November 1869), lot 509, using money from the Rustat Fund. Decoration: Capital strokes, paragraph marks and initials supplied in red; first initial with reserved decoration.
