Annotations: Marginal manuscript notes in cursive hand, and a nota sign similar to a manicula on leaf 6.1 verso, Italy [?], late 15th or early 16th century; manuscript notes in Hebrew inside upper and lower boards, 16th [?] century. Crude pen-drawings of birds on leaf 8.8 verso, Italy [?], late 15th or early 16th century. Wanting first gathering 1⁸, conjoint leaves 3.2, 3.7, [10.4], [11.1]-[11.2], [11.5]-[11.6]; leaves 2.1, 2.8, 5.1, [9.3], [9.6], [9.8] partially torn away.
Inc.5.B.11.14[2107]: Item no. 2 in volume. Accession no. 2258. Height: 193 mm. Wanting first leaf 1.1 (a copy of which is supplied in manuscript, 19th century), and conjoint leaves [9.3] and [9.6].
