Imperfect: Lacking [A1] (title) and [A8] (the latter in facsimile), plus a1 (blank on the recto; the verso with some text in red). See enclosed letter from a member of GW staff (dated 1998).
BMC and GW both give the collation as [Aa] b-f A-I8 [K4], which would suggest that there is only a single gathering of 8 leaves immediately before sig. b. BMC goes on to say that there should be a total of 132 leaves (which would necessitate two gatherings of 8 before sig. b). These initial gatherings would perhaps best be described therefore as [A] [a]8.
