Imprint from colophon on leaf m6 recto, which reads in full: Presens liber Dyalogus creaturarum appellatus iocundis fabuis plenus Per gerardum leeu in opido goudensi incept[us] munere dei finitus est Anno domini millesimo quadringentesimo octuagesimosecundo mensis augusti die ultima.
Ascribed to Nicolaus Pergamenus on the basis of Paris BnF MS. lat 8512, and to the Milanese doctor Mayno de Mayneriis (Magninus Mediolanensis) on the basis of a MS. at Cremona C, supported by local references in the text: see ISTC, citing Pio Rajna, "Intorno al cosiddetto Dialogus creaturarum ed al suo autore", Giornale storico della letteratura italiana, 10 (1887), pp. 75-113.
Space left blank for initials, mostly with printed guide letters.
