Described in The Huth library : A catalogue of the printed books, manuscripts, autograph letters, and engravings, collected by Henry Huth, with collations and bibliographical descriptions, 5 vols, London, 1880, vol. 1, pp. 161-162.  Huth sale, I portion, Sotheby's, 15-24 November 1911, lot 652.  A collation note by Quaritch on lower free endpaper dated 24 November 1911.  Arthur William Young, M.A., Trinity College; given by him in 1933."
