Verso inscribed: 'liber iste est f[rat]ris thome ellys [identified in Oates 3015 as of a convent in Norwich]'; 'Iste liber p[er]tinet f[ratris] wyll[el]mo dak [i.e. William Dakke, proctor at law of Ely and of Trinity Hall] cu[m] magno gaudio et honore Amen'.
