ownerThiel, Casparus van (d.1660), - 1660 Dutch; also owned BSB-Ink R-256 and MMW 4 B 6, both of which have Thiel's inscription: 'Door eijghen weijsheyt leef ick in blyheijt' ('Due to my own wisdom/celerity [Dutch word-play], I am living in joy') (ex informatione Dr Jos van Heel), a variant of which appears in the Bodleian Library book.
