The first two and the last are 16th-century editions: 1) Canon sacratissime misse (Nuremberg, Hieronymus Höltzel, 22 December 1503); 2) Reinhardus de Laudenburg, Passio dominii nostri Jesu christi (Nuremberg, Balthasar Schleifer, 7 April 1501); and 6) Johannes Henlin, Tractatus super Salue regina (Nuremberg, “A. B.,” 16 February 1502).
