Binding noteFifteenth-century Swiss (Basel?) blind-tooled brown calf over wooden boards (31 x 23 cm), with "ihs maria" banderole stamp (from unidentified bindery); rebacked and repaired by Marguerite Duprez Lahey, after 1954. One clasp, wanting, strap extant. Corner and central diamond-shaped bosses with incised leaf pattern. Manuscript parchment pastedowns and quire guards; pastedowns are from a twelfth-century Latin Psalter (Ps. 21:3-20 and 30:16-31:5; 22:4-24:4 and 28:9-29:13). Boards apparently reversed by Duprez Lahey when rebound.
