notesAlphonsus Boni Hominis claims only to translate the Epistola of Rabbi Samuel but 'it seems he himself was the author, drawing largely from another tract in Arabic' (Encyclopaedia Judaica). The De Sacerdotio Christi is given as a work of Traversarius but is in fact an extract from the Suda doubtfully translated by him (G. Mercati, Traversariana (Vatican City, 1939) 70-80)
