Opening k3v-k4r has 17 and 16 lines to the page (BMC, Hain, Polain(B) 2645). (B) In 4°, with a colophon naming the printers. Opening k3v-k4r as in state A. (C) In 4°, with a colophon as in state B, leaves k3v-k4r reset (Polain(B) 2645A, CIBN M-244, variante C)
