Crawford, sold at Sotheby's 12 March 1891, lot 1905, again 30 Nov. 1995, lot 280) with a colophon date 1469, which is an eighteenth-century forgery: see M. Castellana in Bulletin du bibliophile et du bibliothécaire 1891, confirmed by more recent observation
