NotesThe press of the Printer of the 1482 'Vocabolista' (Stephan Koblinger?) (BMC III 809) is called Drucker der Historie von S. Rochus by Langer-Dolch. Proctor identified the printer as Johannes Cassis, but see BMC
Many of the copies are listed are from a cache of unbound and uncut copies discovered in Austria in the 1920s
