NotesAccording to Sheppard, the type has two forms of & as used in signed work of de Wila (Rhetorica ad Herennium, 1474, GW 6713) but not by Guldinbeck. P. Scapecchi in The Library, 12 (1990), pp.53-55 suggests that this edition may be that mentioned by de Lignamine in the preface to Cavalca, Pungi lingua (1472) as having been published by him (see BMC IV 31). Fav e Bres record a doubtful attribution to Naples
