Simhart in La Bibliofilia, 27 (1925-26) 145 n.1). The 'Type 2: 60G' of GW 3333 is not found in the book, according to Accurti. The remaining 87G is attributed to Besicken with Mayer in GW 3333 and Besicken with Freitag in GW 7998
