These copies have the title 'Appicius Culinarius' and prelims containing a letter by Blasius Lancilotus to Bartholomaeus Merula and a poem of Ludovicus Vopiscus. Copies with Le Signerre's device have the title 'APICIVS IN RE QVOQVINARIA' and prelims with a letter of Antonius Motta to Johannes Mollus, and poems of Motta and Bernardinus Mollus (GW note, BMC)
