NotesBMC VII p.xlv n.3 says "probably the work of some jobbing printer", but D.E. Rhodes (Rinascimento, 5 (1954), p. 298 = Studies in Early Italian Printing, p. 148) and Walsh assign with other catalogues to de Michaelibus. Goff assigned to Georgius de Butzbach (or rather G. de Augusta: Bibliofilia 97 (1995), p.3) and Paulus de Butzbach, who used the same type
The HEHL copy is said to have autograph corrections of the author: R. Signorini in Genealogica & heraldica, 14th International Congress, Copenhagen, 25-29 August 1980 (Copenhagen, 1982) pp.43-52, with plate
